We are looking for a dynamic and committed Customer Experience Coordinator to strengthen our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Job purpose
The candidate is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers, and for providing sales support, particularly to boutiques.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between boutiques and head office;
- Greet and serve customers by e-mail, telephone or in person;
- Handle customer complaints (shipping errors, delivery delays, etc.) and follow up with the customer;
- Enter required information into computer system (SAP);
- Carry out monetary transactions, as required;
- Process product-related returns;
- Work with the purchasing department for any replacement orders for the product in question;
- Liaise and communicate effectively and punctually with sales outlets, customers, and relevant departments such as shipping, sales, marketing and inventory management;
- Maintain the complaints register;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience;
- Working knowledge of Ms Office;
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of plumbing, an asset;
- Excellent judgment, initiative and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner (multi-tasking environment).
