We are looking for a Sales Advisor for our Laval Boutique Workspace to join our dynamic and dedicated teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers throughout the process of purchasing ceramic tiles, plumbing accessories, countertops, and installation products. They also prepare customer orders according to company procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service.

This position involves communication with customers as well as internal teams.

  • Greet customers in-store, following a checklist to verify if the customer is assigned to a colleague, part of the professional program, or related to commercial projects.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails.
  • Assist customers in designing their layout based on their needs and budget, advising them on various products (tiles, countertops, fine plumbing, and installation products).
  • Participate in product training provided by suppliers, designers, and Céragrès, and attend any other relevant training to improve their responsibilities and business processes.
  • Prepare quotes (estimates) and orders for customers using the computerized system within the required timelines.
  • Maintain the showroom in pristine condition.
  • Manage orders from start to finish in the ERP system: create orders, check stock, plan deliveries, and issue invoices.
  • Work as a team, assist colleagues, and foster a spirit of collaboration to better serve the customer.
  • Handle monetary transactions during a sale.
  • Modify orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales and customer service.
  • French (required).
  • English (preferred).
  • Proven skills in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent judgment, initiative, and organizational skills.
