Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the design and architecture industry? Are you passionate about sales? Our Outlet offers an environment with a variety of challenges including sales, customer service, and some manual tasks. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers throughout their purchasing process, promoting our products, and developing sales volume at the Outlet.

Sales and Customer Service

• Greet customers in-store and design their layout projects according to their needs and budget;
• Contribute to client development, ensure follow-up and customer loyalty;
• Advise customers on different products and possible arrangements;
• Prepare quotes, place orders, and carry out various transactions on our computerized systems;
• Support customers until they conclude their experience with a purchase of our products;
• Follow up on quotes to convert them into sales and perform after-sales follow-ups with customers;
• Make reservations for selected products in the system and check stock levels;
• Manage after-sales follow-ups: inform customers about transport options, connect them with the relevant department, answer their questions, handle returns, etc.

Product Handling

• Handle products (ceramic boxes from 5 to 40 kg) or installation products;
• Prepare orders;
• Use a pallet jack to move and relocate pallets as needed, respecting occupational health and safety rules;
• Manually load customers' vehicles ensuring balanced weight distribution and displaying courtesy.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience;
• Customer service experience;
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, knowledge of SAP Business One is an asset);
• Strong interest in sales;
• Interest in the design field;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Versatility and sense of responsibility;
• Bilingualism (French, English).
