As part of the sales team, commercial projects, the incumbent will be responsible for representing the company to a commercial clientele including professional architectural offices and contractors, and for achieving sales objectives for Céragrès products.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and use appropriate means to generate sales;
  • Promote new Ceragres products to customers by assiduously visiting them and keeping their material library up to date;
  • Negotiate and monitor projects throughout the sales process;
  • Offer high-quality service by assisting customers in choosing products that meet their project needs and specifications;
  • Support customers from a technical (product specifications, use, etc.) and administrative (price, availability, credit terms, etc.) point of view before, during and after the sale, in collaboration with customer service;
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to optimize the follow-up of sales projects;
  • Conduct site visits;Prepare quotations using the computer system.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a relevant field;
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in commercial sales, ideally with a professional clientele (architects, contractors);
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and one (1) or more computer programs;Interest in surpassing oneself and perseverance in achieving sales objectives;
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service skills;Demonstrated skills in time and priority management.
