Commercial Sales Representative - Maritimes Region

Summary 

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Sales, the incumbent is responsible for representing the company to a commercial clientele consisting mainly of professional offices, architects, designers, developers, and contractors, and for achieving sales objectives for the entire Céragrès product offering, i.e., ceramics, facades, countertops, and pools.

Responsabilities

  • Identify business opportunities and use appropriate means to generate sales (Prospect and follow up potentials).
  • Promote Céragrès's new products to customers by visiting them regularly and keeping their material library up to date. 
  • Offer the full range of Céragrès products such as ceramics, facades, countertops, and pools.
  • Negotiate and monitor projects throughout the sales process.
  • Provide high-quality service by assisting customers in choosing products that meet their project needs and specifications.
  • Support customers from a technical (product specifications, use, etc.) and administrative (price, availability, credit terms, etc.) point of view before, during and after the sale, in collaboration with customer service.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to optimize the follow-up of sales projects.
  • Conduct post-installation site visits to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an activity report and evaluate the KPIs of customers visited.
  • Prepare quotations using the ERP system.
  • Negotiate available products with suppliers for Repeat Business projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product lines offered.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong experience in sales representation and particularly in negotiating and closing sales
  • Ability to manage priorities autonomously
  • Computer systems knowledge
